Campaign launch

The campaign to freeze council tax for 2008/09 in Newcastle does exactly what it says on the tin - the coalition is open to any group or organisation which agrees that the present level of tax should be maintained for the coming year, not increased by 3.9% as suggested by the Lib Dem party in the city.
